Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, and you'll need proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Contact us at nookandglowproducts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as unrequested returns cannot be accepted.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 48 hours at nookandglowproducts@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging if it's damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable items
We can't accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom or personalised orders, or items that have been used or altered after delivery.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item, then place a new order once the return is accepted.

International returns
Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked shipping service, as we can't be held responsible for items lost in transit.

EU right of withdrawal
If you're located in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without needing to give a reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Notify us before the 14-day period expires, then return the goods within a further 14 days. We'll issue a full refund, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the return.
