Refund & Return Policy

At Nook & Glow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at tobieperkins105@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us at tobieperkins105@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tobieperkins105@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
